1- Basic Customer Information
To view the details of a particular order, fill in any one of the fields in the form on the left.
Then simply click on the “OrderID” or “View” links to access the order details.
By clicking on the “OrderID” or “View” links, it will display the Basic Customer Information table and the specific Order Details pertaining to that Order ID.
The Basic Customer Information table contains the following information:
2- How to Modify / Update the Customer’s Information
To update customer information, just click on the “Edit” button on the top right corner of “Basic Customer Information”
You will reach this window where you can do all your modifications.
Once it’s done, click on the “Save” button to save your changes.
3- View Email History
To see the email history of a customer, the user has to click on the button "Email History" to generate a Pop-up Screen.
In this Pop-up Screen, the user has to select a "start date" and an "end date" to display the customer email history of the selected period.
Once it’s done, a user can re-send an email to the customer or download the email by clicking on the appropriate button.
4- Order Details (Table)
The “Order Details” table displays all the relevant information associated to a particular Order ID; including products purchased, total amount ($) and other order details.
The Order Details table contains the following information:
- Product Name: The name of the product the customer has purchased.
- Price: The unit price and currency the customer purchased the product in. (e.g. 59.95 CAD)
- Quantity: The quantity of the product the customer purchased.
- Amount Balance: Price of each items and the total amount ($) of all products purchased.
- Download URL: The URL where the product purchased by the customer can be downloaded. The customer can download the product by clicking the link.
- Product Download: If the product type is an eBook or software, the product download URL will consists of: http://downloads.upclick.com/download.aspx?id="the product download ID".
- Licenses: The license key of each product will be displayed. If it is not available, then "NoLicense" will be displayed.
- Order Status: Order Status can be one of the following:
- CB (Chargeback): This indicates that customer has done a chargeback with his/her financial institution.
- Refunded: If a customer gets the entire value of his/her transaction back, the order status displays as "refunded".
- Partially refunded: If a customer gets some money back, but not the full amount, then, the order status becomes "partially refunded".
- In all other cases: order status will be displayed as blank / empty.
- Recurring: If the charge associated to the order is a recurring charge, the recurring text field will display “Yes” if it is not a recurring charge “No” will be displayed.
