Payments and Reserves
Upclick pays the merchants for the accumulated commissions every two weeks (1st and 16th of the month) with two weeks delay. The payments are issued in USD. Having your payment information accurate and up-to-date is a must in order to allow Upclick to issue correctly your payments. Upclick currently supports two options: Check and Wire Transfer/Direct Deposit. Please make sure the information entered in this section is accurate, so you avoid potential surprises of not receiving your payment or of an eventual delayed payment.
The Merchant Account Statement section (‘My Account’ > ‘My Account Statement’) gives you full exposure on all your payments and their details. The statement contains all the revenues for different types of transactions, as well the fees and penalties or the commissions paid to your affiliates or resellers. A detailed report by day is displayed for your own convenience. You can browse, download and print any account statement retroactively.
Similar with your Account Statement, the Reserve Statement section (‘My Account’ > ‘My Reserve Statement’) gives you visibility on your reserves balance, with downloading and printing options. In general, Upclick holds a reserve of 10% for 3 months on each payment issued.
A fee of 20$ will be deducted from your final payment in case of a wire transfer, amount which will cover the costs for the bank transfer.
